Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the center.

Exceeding individual and team sales goals on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Managing the reservation books in a fast-paced environment and handling the daily flow of guests checking in and out.

Educating guests on the benefits of waxing consistently and recommending service packages and products that meet our guest needs.

Providing a safe, welcoming, and a memorable experience for our guests.

Believe in and represent the EWC Growth Vision and values.

Work independently with limited supervision, as well as with a team.

The ability to positively receive and implement feedback.

The ability to work flexible hours including morning, evening, and weekends based on guest demand and center needs.

Consultation and sales experience is strongly preferred.
